Yamahai Muroka Junmai-shu/ JUNMAI
This pasteurized sake is probably our easiest to pair with food, especially sushi. It has a clean and clear taste without being sharp. There are aromas of cantaloupe, watermelon and yellow flowers and these are echoed in the flavors. This sake has a rich mouthfeel. Medium high umami. Should be stored cold!
